DLCfunn mods?

Hey there. I wanted to ask if downloading beamng mods from DLCfunn is safe. The mods are working but the files name is like fcee33445163jalf9887jrd. So that is the real name from files. Its only random letters and numbers. And i also saw that the mods are almost all szolen. Like from RoyalRenderings or tonycartony. I would be happy if someone tells me.

Let me tell you: all beamng mods websites are not safe except this forum.
I actually never heard of this website before, so I recommend you just to use at least another website, or at best, stick out with mods on forum.

@sprmike keep your antivirus on, always scan your unknown files before putting them in your game (i.e. virustotal), and you're good to go. Zip names don't matter really, you can set them to whatever you want.

Also, if you download a leaked/stolen mod on purpose and you get a virus, it's on you.

God damn, I am not saying "OH EVERY MOD OUTSIDE THE FORUM IS A TROJAN DONT GO ON THESE WEBSITES". Man, I download tons of mods outside of forum, and my pc is ok (at least right now)
Some people are just stupid enough to absolutely not use any antiviruses and they just dont understand which mod can be fit with virus
So, it is better to recommend something that is much safer than to recommend something that may harm someone's pc

yeah, your statement is right. But some people are just overreacting when they see someone say that. Yes, other websites except the forum are not safe but it is also not a guerantee that every mod there is a virus
