Unsolved Old mod help

I found this old mod that ports the Journey from GTA V to beam. It only had one problem which was the wheels. Does anybody know how I could fix it so that the wheels aren't orange no texture anymore?

 

Did some stuff with the file you attached,


Fixed wheels,
Shouldn't conflict with the H-Series anymore,
Added horn,
Added what I believe to be the correct author to the zip file name.
