Long time no updates because I focused on finishing what was already announced. Can't say for sure how close the release is, but I'm somewhere in the middle of the parts list. So anyway, here's an update on the lore/config list (building on top of vanilla configs): 290 GTA – Allegerito (lightened) – Track oriented early model with a smaller race engine. Street legal (as long as the local law allows plastic windows etc.) 290 GTC – Competizione – The same as the above but for late model. 290 GTE – Evoluzione – A proper race car. A very far derivative of the 290 GTA, different engine, different tune, no street legal variant. Fast. 320 GTR Stradale/Stradale Targa – Luxury trim of 320 GTR. Made milder, gained weight with interior, but same suspension and engine underneath, so still can be fast if you're not afraid of pushing it on street tires. Optional 6-speed automatic. 350 GT2/GT2 Targa/GT2 USDM/GT2 Targa USDM – GTT if it had an NA engine. It's slow, but cheap fun to drive. And a few more to be announced (OEM and aftermarket). And here's some cool screenshot.
Thought I'd ask, but would it be possible to have the standard tailcone lights/center garnish-thingy on the wider GTT/GTR tailcones? Also, progress looks good!
You mean the early model? As in, the one with pop-ups? I haven't considered it and the parts list for 1.0 release is closed already, but it sounds interesting. I might look into a retrofitted rear fascia for the GTR tailcone in the future.
no obligation, but have you considered adding roof bars for the bolide? it's one of the only cars that doesn't have them, for some reason
