This review implies that the D-Series horn doesn't work with the Mad Mod installed:

 

Yeah, you just need to rebind the horn key, as one of the missiles on the rack is launched using H. It's not just a 0.35 issue either, it's literally been happening since the rockets were added

 

What about rebinding the rack missile launch key?

It seems that it's a randomly appearing bug, i've asked 3 people to try this and no one get the same result in 3 rounds

 

I suppose it is, but my friend didn't meet the issue when trying the first time but when trying again he did
(of course he didn't change any settings, dis/enabled any mods)
