I think this is what you're asking for, so I made a list of what to do:
    1. Spawn in one of the mods, for example the tractor, with CTRL + E and navigating to the vehicle you want to spawn.
    2. Press SHIFT + C to enable freecam, and use the WASD keys (and left shift to speed up) to set the camera behind the tractor (for example).
    3. When you have positioned the freecam correctly, press CTRL + E again and navigate to the vehicle you want to spawn, for example the sled, single-click on it, and in the right pane press 'Spawn new'.
    4. Press TAB (or CTRL + TAB) to switch vehicles. Switch back to the tractor, and reverse it to near the sled.
    5. Press L to enable connectors on the tractor. These connectors should be coloured orbs, and they are colour-coded, so if some two connectors are different colours, they will not connect. The connectors on the sled should also show up as coloured orbs.
    6. Reverse the tractor up to the sled, and try to get the two orbs to become as close as possible. They usually pull to each other if they are close enough.
One thing to note: since you are using mods, there is not a guarantee that these vehicles will have working connectors, whereas the semi-trucks like the Gavril T-Series, since they are dev-made vehicles, do have connectors.

Sorry if I've misinterpreted your question and told you something you already know.

P.S. You can also teleport vehicles that are already spawned in. You do this by enabling freecam on the vehicle you want to move, hover over where you want to teleport it to and then press F7. This will spawn it exactly where the freecam is, most likely in the air, so if you want the vehicle to be undamaged, press INSERT for it to teleport to the ground.

    Hope this helps!
