Well for one, the "Safety and Service" motto is missing and it doesn't have the "Emergency 911" thing on it in real life. Two, the seal on the CHP logo was all a solid color back then.

There are beater, rusty, abandoned and Gambler 500 configs already, there was a Craigslist config in original mod which will return too
If i remember correctly, the Craigslist config was in the Regency. Also, what about the Redneck configs? Will they return?

Yeah they are completely different. Caprice and Impala share the coupe body. There are also 2 variants of the roof
