So, In my quest to find laptop capable of running BeamNG i have come across this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Razer-Bla...167?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2a4bd0561f http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Razer-Bla...8d04bd6&pid=100033&rk=3&rkt=4&sd=161588230445 Whats the verdict, will it run on high settings or be painfully slow with everything on low?
You might get playable framerates, but the Moonhawk and T75 will lag because of the CPU. A 765m has similar performance to a 650 Ti, should run well in medium settings.
Nvidia naming scheme. GT, generation number, model number, 0 or 5. If model is 5 or greater, stick an X after GT. Gt610, 620, 630, 640. Gtx 650 onwards. Then 7th gen model 5 (although not truly 7th generation) is a 750. Stick an M on the end for mobile variants.
Godly because its amazing they got so little performance out of a piece of silicon that big. When an Intel hd4000 (which is built into Intel processors) is more powerful than your dedicated GPU, you know you have issues.
I'm being sarcastic. I figured you guys would pick up on it sooner. My dad bought a GT610 a few years ago. Don't know why. It's a laughable card.
It has 2 redeeming factors. Just 2. A) it will work from a pcie x1 interface which means hypothetically it will run in a mini pcie to pcie adapter (there are a few gpu-less single board computers with mini pcie) B) it does have CUDA. A useless amount of it. But its there. Speaking of cuda and single board computers. I want an nvidia Jetson. But they aren't cheap. I also want a raspberry pi 2 model A, except there is not going to be a model A version of it during 2015 just the model B, I don't want a B.
Can anybody suggest a build PC for games?? Please help, at least i can run BeamNG and other games in Normal to Highest quality. Thanks (I already use search bar but i think is too expensive)
