Graphical Settings Won't Save in 0.3.7.6?

I'm running the experimental version (which I am aware has some bugs, but I'm just wondering if I'm simply overlooking something or this is actually a problem). So here's the deal. Whenever I edit the graphical settings from the new Options Menu, my settings never save when I exit the game, which means I have to reset them to my liking every time I start the game again. Is anyone else having this problem or is there a "Save Changes" button I'm not seeing?

EDIT:
I am aware that this is listed on the FAQ, but it doesn't really tell me much to help my situation as I always exit from the main menu.

Try opening the menu with Ctrl + o, then hit apply.

 

I might add that camera settings don't look like they're saving either. I used to be able to set the smooth cam scroll speed and have it save. Now it resets
to 25 default every time.
