Grass Texture Issue

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the textures of grass that loads in as diagonal lines. I have attached a screenshot for illustration. It happens as the grass textures load in as you approach them.

I am aware that there are some LOD popup issues with BeamNG Drive, however I have installed the CK graphics mod and even with the slider all the way to 800 it doesn't effect this texture issue.

Any ideas would be great.

Yes the same issue is happening in Safe Mode too. I have just changed to a 1440p 144hz monitor since taking this screenshot and I am still experiencing the same issue. Could it be to do with my Nvidia 3D settings? I am running a RTX4070 TI so it should be able to handle it no problem.

It appears at quite close range as the grass loads in.

 

i get the same on:
RTX 3080 ti
Ryzen 7 5800X3D

but finally, even without moving I have the effect

Well, it won't get more active than that anywhere else except maybe Reddit...

But since you still probably want an answer, I just suppose this is to improve FPS. My theory is that it renders objects in the distance as lines to not take up as much power as rendering it completely.

 

Tous les paramètres graphiques sont au maximum et je ne pense pas que tout le monde voit la végétation comme moi.

 

Well, I'm facing the same problem and I have a pretty decent PC, so yeah...

(Also why is BeamNG randomly translating things I write in here? First my English review under some Chinese license plate mod and now my comments get translated into French???)
