The main rotor can spin up on its own after the initial spin up driven by the clutch to the engine. The main rotor blade pitch is a constant it doesnt change(unless youre doing a specific model which is more like the rotodyne. If you are struggling with something let us know so we can all work together)
Remember, big planes are less useful in BeamNG because the airports don´t have enough runway length and the maps are not so large. So if somebody would want to do another airplane mod he or she should do a regional airliner. For example: ATR 42/72, Dornier D 328-100/-300, BN2B Islander, DHC 6, Cessna Caravan or other narrowbody jet engine/propeller driven airliners!

The gyrocopter is progressing well, but I've been busy lately and haven't made much progress. And we've added a gyrocopter to the game, I'll post pictures tomorrow

It seems like a very simple device or vehicle and it's like it's a lot easier than trying to design a helicopter and trim it and everything else. Gyrocopters have been around since the 1920s.
