Weird main menu issue ( the game renames things ball)

As you can see here i scrolled down and certain objects down the row where the soccer ball is also get automatically re-named "Ball" and the engine prop is called now "cardboard box" Very odd behaviour.

 

One of your mods may have broken your game, make sure you have no mods installed and clear your cache

 

The mods were disabled but I cleared the cache however, that fixed it.
