Alright! Now that my skin issues are over, allow me to reveal the Ghost of the General Lee! With the Halloween season upon us, it was only right to make this! Enjoy!
Did some tinkering with one of the General Lee configs and used the new CK Tire Pack mod on it. Does it look good?
I thought about making this a body kit. Add-on for it. But I don't know if I should or if I should give them the model and they can do it.
Wow, I can't believe I missed this; it's too bad Simulator Adventures was too busy unfairly slagging off another modder's work to cover this update. I think you made the right decision duplicating the late 60s Charger, because the other mod is now very outdated and seems to be stuck in "eternal paid early access" limbo. I've noticed though that the red lights on the interior and exterior glow too brightly, the windshield becomes opaque when cracked, and 179hp seems like too little power for the base V8 engines; although the official figure was given in meaningless gross horsepower I was under the impression that those engines still made at least 200 real HP. Have you found a source for the lower number?
wdym eternal paid EA lmao, the guy started working on the mod a few months ago, of course its not going to be ready lmao
Yes you can work on it if you want, Find torque figure for those engine is quite hard, and I know chrysler lie on power due to insurance stuff, and not every same engine have the same output, so I did like what I find good for the mod.
this mod conflicts with the glass texture of the Barstow making the interior glass texture broken --- Post updated ---
After playing with this mod some more I've noticed that the second-generation Charger seems to have unrealistically poor handling, having very noticeable body roll compared to the Dodge Coronet mod, the 1st-gen Charger in this same mod pack, and the 3rd-gen Charger by LJ74. Do you know what could be causing this? Also, in real life the 1st-gen Charger was apparently not available with the cheap dog dish hubcaps; the fancy kinds were standard. LJ has given permission for other modmakers to borrow models and j-beam files from his Charger mod, so you can do this for parts that the first two generations have in common.
Hey Man, do you pretend adding the "68 Mid Engine Hellacious Charger in a update? if i'm not mistaken CSR2 have the model too like the tantrum.
I forgot abt this mod I will download it, fix the glass conflict issue and post it as a fix; I want also to add the RB26 full engine swap with accurate sound that I have since long time.
