    When i play beam ng, all of the textures are low resolution or broken

    Maybe try to reinstall the game? It usually helps to fix some bugs :p

    delete your cache - if that doesn't work then backup your mods and delete the folder and run a steam file check

    turn up the mesh quality setting. delete game cache (folder in documents). verify integrity of game cache (steam feature).
