I just love the game and the HP 15 dw4170nia has the specs of:

• RAM: 8 GB DDR4 3200MHz

• SSD: 512 GB M.2 NVMe™ PCIe®

• GPU: ‎NVIDIA GeForce MX550 2GB

 

most likely. My pc is not that great either. Mine is an ASUS Vivobook 14. It has intel core i3 processor, intel uhd graphics, and 8 gb ram. I get a consistent 15 fps.

not on the lowest settings, most stuff on low, game doesn't look that bad and consistent 30-34FPS in west coast USA, and I don't play there that much anyway, I use Italy so I get like 40ish FPS and that is awesome!

Yes and no,

i5-1235U is not very good, but it would be the least of your worries. Since you have iGPU to share wattage with and only 8GB of system RAM, the settings will have to be fully at lowest and maxium 720p for playable FPS. The U series chips are limited to 15W max sustained TDP. The turbo TDP can vary by model, but that is only going to be activated for a couple of seconds. The i5 will probably eat up 10-12W of power leaving the iGPU "wattage starved" or vice versa. Plus the Intel Graphics in U series are only capable of rendering the screen smoothly and loading web elements. I have a Intel Arc 140T iGPU (paired with Intel Core Ultra 9 285H) in my Zenbook 14, and that is still slightly lower than the GTX 1650 Max-Q Laptop GPU. For me, most games can reach good frame rates (100 ish FPS) at 1080p medium.
