2 Questions, are gonna be tire manufacturers like michelin and bridgestone,and will there be both dry and wet tires?

The tires will be the Grip All Torenza (Bridgestone Potenza IRL). There will be a dry version and a wet version.

On another note, will it include slicks aside from the standard tires of its era? It would be a nice addition, considering how heavily nerfed those cars were with those tires.

I don't think so, I'll stick with regular tires and wet tires. Because we don't really have any additional data for slick tires in terms of performance.
