How to switch BACK to a previously spawned car..?

    I know how to spawn new cars etc., but how do I switch back to a previously spawned vehicle?

    Ex. - Spawned pickup with trailer, then spawned the Pigeon and put it on the trailer... and now I want to drive the truck around. How do I do so?
