I've never seen this before and I checked my inputs to make sure I don't have any duplicate gear bindings. In about a 20-minut play session, I had the T-series fall out of gear into the next higher gear 3 times without me pressing the clutch or moving the shift lever. Synchronizers of course started getting damaged. It's as if I had tried to upshift without using the clutch. This is with the Vulkan renderer though I wouldn't think that matters.

I don't know. It wasn't completely random. It seemed to happen most often while turning and accelerating. I do have quite a few peripherals attached (wheel, pedals, shifter, HOTAS) but I only started seeing this yesterday and nothing in my hardware setup changed.

There was a small update today. I doubt this particular issue was addressed, but I can't reproduce the issue anymore.

Are you using a Logitech shifter?

the main thing i would say is to spray contact cleaner (WD-40 makes one), I've had this issue with my shifter where dust gets into the sensors, all you do is take off the shifter boot and just spray the contacts with contact cleaner. It fixed my issue.
