Can anybody fix this mod?

Hi. I found this old Subaru Impreza mod from 2015 from an old forum post that (I believe) was taken down a while ago. I did find a mediafire link that lead to the download for this car, the instructions for the download wants the user to make a folder named "vehicles" in the mods folder and then unzip the mod and place it in that folder. I followed the instructions and tried it in game. But for some reason the Impreza doesn't drive. In the taken down post, the Impreza did drive and it is a fully customizable car, and I presume is in a WIP stage because there are no interior seats in the car and some other parts look sort-of low-poly. This Impreza mod also has no dynamic reflection, so I went into the materials.cs file and fixed that issue. But I still can't figure out why it can't drive. So, I wondered if anybody could solve this problem. If anybody fixed it, then thank you.

How can I break this to you the mod is from 2015 it is now 2026 so the mod is 11 ears old so there is more chance of bringing Tutankhamun back to life then fixing this mod

 

Honestly, the only thing that matters is that if it can at least drive. That's all I am asking, not to remaster the entire car.

 

Hello, the vehicle cannot be driven. Did it throw a 'fatal error' or something like that? I think deleting the lua folder may solve this problem. There are many similar mods, and this is how I solved them
