0.38 Discussion Thread

So I don't know if this is the correct thread, or if I should create a new one, but I have a doubt, which may be an issue, with Career Mode's Vehicle Marketplace.

The options are very few, and I often see the same cars available for sale, only in small variations. I never saw my modded cars, like the Procyon Avior abused version, the Ibishu Signia, Hirochi CCF2... I see a lot of Wakefields, LeGrans, Wendovers, Grand Marshals, Covets, Pessimas... And the [Letter]-Series, but that's it. It feels like something's wrong, especially because I used to see a whole lot more cars in earlier versions of the Career Mode, before the current Vehicle Marketplace.

Is this a feature? If so, how would I manage it, to see more car options?

 

I have noticed the citybus has a strange bug - the door hand will be in the “open” position while the door is closed until the play exits the vehicle (with the door closed) and enters again, after which it moves to the right position. I also am pretty sure that if the doors are opened while outside and then the player enters, the thing happens-the handle returns to the closed position while the doors are open. I have noticed tested this in safe mode, but I do not have any wentward mods, and I do not believe that RLS changes anything. I will test in safe mode later and make updates. Side note-the dash lighting of the the wentward actually has smooth lights

 

ETK I-Series Sport Steering Wheel has gaps in the right side of its model.

 

after the new security fix this morning, my UI runs smooth as butter again. It was running like hammered dogsh*t prior to this update. Thank you so much for this QOL fix!

 

best thing in this update is prolly the fact that i can demolish cars by riding over them

Version 38.6 is still not available to download in HumbleBundle, it's still distributing v38.5, is it normal?

 

The top brake light flare on the Roamer seems to be a bit off.

 

It's better to send it with a photo, like I did, because I didn't find where it was misaligned, but I did find a part of the rear lights that didn't work on "etk"

found a bug; the year filter doesn't function properly as you can see in the screenshot, the Barstow production ran until 1971, but it doesn't show up if you filter until 1970
I actually reported this last update but it seems to still be broken

 

Main menu, when typing anything in the search bar of the map/vehicle choosing a click on the "back" button top left doesnt do anything

 

Apparently there is a sliding door cladding part option within the .DAE file for the H-Series. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that an H-Series sliding door body style exists in-game.

 

Inside of the tent shown on the map of West Coast USA, with a tall vehicle such as the Gavril H-series H15 vanster, if you go inside then try to reverse out the top of the van will become wedged under a support beam, though the model for it is much higher than where the van collides with it.

 

On the "Powertrain Visualization" app, I can't click "Torque" to change to Power

I'm getting absolutely atrocious performance that I haven't really gotten before. Normally like 40 to 60 fps, and like 5 minutes later, about 12, with the audio also constantly crackling. I cleared cache, freed some disc space and deactivated mods. I don't know to fix this
