So instead of ignoring the fact that nvidia never lied but blaming NVIDIA anyway, you try to degradatorily link them to Jews, because that ain't a dick move.

    Sold card promoted as 4GB @ 256bit which is actually 3.5GB @ 192bit* + 512MB @ 64bit* is totally not lying.</irony>
Promoted means "has it 100%". If that turns out to be false it's basically lying.

Edit: fixed wrong bits and bytes.

You'll find the datasheets from day 1 stated that limitation and the consumer advertising marked it as a maximum bandwidth only.

    @nvidia argument
The mistake in the 970 specs obviously wasn't intentional. That would be utterly stupid from a company, they would have known they'd get sued.

I hate when Work Units get stuck on 99.99%. Though I have finally figured out how to fix it. You just have to delete the GPU slot and then re-add it. The work unit it was working on goes to waste unfortunately, but at least it fixes the problem.

We're projected to break into the top 500 in 4 days. Keep up the good work guys!

My GTX970 hit 1151 MHz when folding...

I was surprised this morning. PPD increased up to 250k since yesterday !

Anyway, even with just "only" 3.5 GB fully usable, it's a great card ! Hope to keep her for a long time (playing un 2560x1080). :)

Wow, that's great! You'll be climbing up the rankings fast with 250k ppd.

I'm getting about 150k ppd right now. Most I've ever seen.

Is this crew open invite? I was given the link from n0ah1987. I am new to folding though, nor would I be able to tell you if my cores are burdened or free, I just run the program and it goes. AMD 8-core, ATI R7 265 2G DDR5

This team is indeed open to all! If you want I will put together a small guide once I get home for any questions you may have.

Noah's link may have already done this, but are you folding for our team or just in general. You do have to select your team. (Ours is 224614)

Also, I would watch temps. AMD does have a nice big, soldered die but also uses ~125w.

Cool. That FAH guide book is up to you, but I can help with it. What I am wondering on are the advanced basics just beyond running FAH vanilla style. Example: what commands can I input into Launch Options as to maximize performance, efficiency, and happiness folding?
What I do not think I will qualify for are extreme FAH building techniques specified for a dedicated FAH computer.

Currently this is my daily driver but I do have it overclocked and stress tested up to my particular enjoyment and neigh I say tolerance levels.
What is your opinion over AMD using 125w, are you trying to warn me about my power consumption? I think about that a lot as I maintain my little red wagon. Still someday it will be doomed to lose gaming capabilities and then it would probably qualify for 24/7 folding a little while before the "we buy gold" store.

Any tips on overclocking a gtx670 graphics card. I'm also exploring how to make my first car in beamng. Between now and the time I hit 14 yrs. old (which is about 11 months from now) I would like to have made an 86 Marmon 57p with a cat 3406b backed by an 18 speed, just like my fathers old rig. I think the smartest move would be to build the cab and nose off the t-75's frame and work from their, extending the frame as well. I also would like to redo the front suspension as well, replacing the leaf set up with air bags possibly but I feel the front suspension is too week as is right now. Any tips appreciated ;)

Not much will change your ppd in options. I was just saying you wouldn't want your temps to go too high because that would damage the processor.
