Update Speculation Thread getting out of hand has become a daily thing atp.

 

i mean, even then, would fit into mid July. although late July-August could also be a possibility if they need more time to test things

Exactly! I mean, we didn't get as many teasers the last time we waited 6 months for an update, which was the 0.25 one!

 

To be fair most of them don’t tease anything new.

 

Idk. They certainly are new for the sim, so...

 

Most new knowledge we have gotten is the night skybox. We already knew about the nighttime lighting, and updated cameras are nothing new

 

This game was perfect to me around the first couple career mode updates and the trophy truck additions and since then every update has far exceeded my expectations man I love this game. Really is the exact kind of game I've wanted all my life.

anyone else feel like nights should be a tad bit brighter? like i get the whole point of night is to be pitch black but they just feel... too pitch black

 

They could make a dim gray sunlight based on where the moon is and how full it is... dreaming dreaming of the night
Maybe they want to save performances for street lamps, but even there, there could just be a general brightness that casts no shadow

 

I just noticed the moon has an actual orbit, and phases. Devs are you fucking okay? This is crazy.

 

Imagine if they add planets too (Kerbal Space Program fans would approve)!
