Hey, it's been a while - but I finally have some good (and some bad) news! There's a new pack on the way, with most of the cars having made their appearance here. However, almost all the cars have been fully re-worked and re-engineered (at the very least, they have been heavily tweaked) for the new version of the game. The bad news is that many of the cars, due to multiple updates, were unable to make it through and will have to be re-made or are simply unable to be remade at all. However, some of the previous cars that disappeared earlier on in the mod's life have been salvaged or remade. Although there are not many new cars, I will be releasing each pack based on the vehicle's original region. Stay tuned here until the packs are released! Here's a few of the cars you can look forward to seeing.
oh heck yeah! hey, if you dont mind, I would love to join this initiative and make some cars and send them over to you for your final approval, and maybe they can make it into the pack! PM me if you want pics of cars I have made/ more info.
Thanks for the offer! I don't think I'm going to need any help anytime soon, but I appreciate the help regardless. I think there are some things I could draw inspiration from in there, though. The Covet will come out in the initial update. The Symphony may return, but it was one of the cars lost in the Automation updates - I wouldn't bet on it yet.
Pretty sure the 2nd image's car isn't french, and the yellow car in the 3rd image is very unlikely a Soliad.
I'm refraining refraining from making any Soliad, Charmand, Jargl, etc. cars since there's no frames of reference with those cars.
why are most cars copies of other cars in the main pack? Same year, trim level. Also whats the next pack?
I ran out of space to put all the cars in this pack, so I'm re-distributing the cars based off of country of origin. The next pack will focus on European cars.
Not exactly long-awaited, but I'm making a soft return to this pack. As with before, vehicle has a unique design and engineering decisions that fit into my vision of the BeamNG universe. However, these are far more refined than ever before, and hopefully truly fit into the BeamNGverse unlike any other car packs. All cars shown are works in progress — many final designs will be further refined! 1967 Civetta Fulmine The definitive 2+2 V12 coupé — essentially a supercar for the 60's. 1968 Soliad Catalina Personal luxury's peak in the late 1960s — big, powerful V8 up front, yacht-like excess throughout. 1978 ETK G-Series ETK's "experimental" executive saloon of the 1970s, equipped with mechanically fuel injected 6-cylinder engines wrapped in an aerodynamic package. 1986 Bruckell Ponoka One of the first SUVs to embrace a car-like unibody construction, the Ponoka uses a strengthened LeGran platform. 1993 Hirochi SBR When Japan gets strange — a rear-engine sports-car cross-breed between a coupé and a hatchback. 2003 Autobello Variáve A mass-market B-segment hatchback with chic styling and numerous configurations. 2004 Cherrier Flâner Exotic design that stretches across an executive platform, the Flâner packs surprisingly robust powertrains. 2014 Gavril Graphite Gavril's entry into the mid-size 2-row crossover market, trading pure utility for comfort and aesthetics. 2022 Ibishu Covet Decades of the Covet nameplate have lead to this 2022 model, introducing Ibishu's new "I-Steel" design language.
