Howdy everyone. My name is Cody Bergland, and I've worked in the simulator community for about nine years (mostly in flight simulations) making promotional material and content. Anyways, I finally got a copy of BeamNG.drive and decided to try my craft at this game. I hope you enjoy the results. Please share the video, and let others know about it if you enjoy it. Cheers and beers (or milk), and have a great Friday!

Great video. Just wanted to let you know that a lot of the mods you used don't deform as well as the default vehicles and the ones included in the game, since they use models from other games put on the jbeam of default vehicles. If you press K while using one of those vehicles, you'll see that the skeleton does not match the model. Try to download mods from the forum in the future.

Fair enough. A lot of the mods I downloaded from the Showroom, but I'm having a harder time finding nicer ones. It seems everything is scattered to the wind. Are there are others I can download them from? And if so, where?

The devs have a proper mod repository with sorted things in works, should come at some point soon, but yeah, the forum mods are often considered "better", but sometimes if you find a good non-forum mod from the outside, it is fine.
Mostly the "bad mods" we are talking about are these like the lamborghini and pagani, and other cars that just are not good to use.

Gotcha. They look nice, at least. If they acted too funky, I generally omitted them from the video. If you are seeing things in the video that don't reflect that, please let me know. Thanks.

Would have loved to see the Lambo, Zonda omitted as they are not good mods whatsoever. Pretty cool video regardless

Old post, I know, but until more mods show up on our slow forums, I dont think people are going to listen.
And I dont see how the polyflow does any good with deformation... All I see is lag.
Could someone show me the difference? And BTW; there are cars on the forums that are as bad as the russian mods, so dont say the forum is going to have 100% working mods and cars that deform perfectly.

The only reason you should be recommending russian mods is if the persons PC is of poor quality.

Russian mods sometimes have great Jbeam work, but the part that ruins it is apparently polyflow.

Back on topic; Good video OP. Liked that intro.

    SORRY FOR THE BUMP
Nice vid ! Very good video . IMHO Best Beamng video ever .
How to search good mods : Go to forum , vehicles , land scroll all the way down and read thread display settings . Change prefix to Released or WIP Beta Released and change sort threads by views .
