Well, TGC is recruiting again! One main commentator and one thumbnail artist (can be same person) required, no experience needed (but some is preferable). Excellent working environment, flexible schedule. Contact me if interested.

The best way to protect your screen from drops is a big case. My otterbox soaks up drops like nothing.
However, if you do get an otterbox; make damn sure it fits perfect and keep your receipt. The first one I got, the screen cover didn't fit right so I returned it and got another one. That one is a tiny bit big for my phone (somehow) and its scratched the hell out of it over the course of two years. I shoulda returned that one and gotten one that fit, but I didn't really think much of it at the time.
When they fit, they're great cases.

The best way to protect your phone is to not drop it at all.

    It's not that hard.

Anyoen think the clarkson debacle is a little tiny bit out of proportion? Man can never really get a break, he was under fire earlier for possibly muttering the word nigger.... frankly who cares? Every time he's "nearly been fired" it's something he's said. I can finally be glad now that this controversy is actually justified. Usually my reactiuons to clarkson controversies are "why is anyone even offended enough to turn it into a problem?". And thats it, he says a thing and some idiot MAKES IT AN ISSUE. I sincerely hope one day society takes to heart the words of wisdom "Sticks and stones may break my bones but WORDS WILL NEVER HURT ME"

The only good that's come out of this controversy is that for once I'm not irritated at the BBC for being hypersensitive goofballs. Punching someone in the face is indeed a good course for disciplinary action and a bit of controversy. The problem now, however, is that because it's actually serious it's being blown out of proportion. The way the news is going on about it, I feel like I'm watching some significant world event.

I use a casemate barely there case and while it is falling apart my phone is just fine. I dont use a screen protector. Apparently Phantom glass make the best darn screen protectors (have a cookie if you get the reference).
This guy tested an "explosion proof" screen protector: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I01445Zub9g

Screen protectors do actually help against drops, its kinda surprising but i guess doubling the thickness of the glass was bound to make a difference.

Guys, what do you think about the J. Clarkson saga? I think we're seeing the Top Gear end.

Found two growths on my hip, small chance they were cancerous. Doc says they're enlarged lymph nodes and that they could be lymphoma. That was Friday the 13th.

Holy shit I have realized these Monoprice 8323's are like Volvos of the headphone world. Everyone in the YT comments are like, "My Krakens died", and "My Beats died", and these have been hit hard for a year and no issues. ;)
