I dont exactly understand because if you have your default ignition state to Running, you shouldn't have this issue. The jets do overshoot a bit at spawn but they idle at 3200. Also the starters not working is because the APU isn't on, but im not sure what you mean by them shutting down at spawn. --- Post updated --- I did forget about that sorry, but I just fixed and reposted it
--- Post updated --- I meant with The shutting down at spawn that immediately when I spawn The engines kinda like stay on at 3200 rpm but when I try to increases throttle nothing happens. --- Post updated --- I don't know is it me or why does the idle rpm actually live in 11 K rpm and it never goes down from there unless I turn the engines off
Are you at some altitude or on the ground? Or you adjusted the fuel amount? Also do you mind looking through the console to find any large blocks of red text?
I don't know is it me or why does the idle rpm actually live in 11 K rpm and it never goes down from there So I was on The ground when I tested this. I didn't adjust any Fuel levels. The tanks were full. I have to check The console For now cause it's The only thing that I didn't do. --- Post updated --- Ok there was nothing in the system console that would've been an issue so what other ideas do you have that why the engines idle and don't respond to throttle inputs?
I actually have no clue.. Ive never experienced a problem like this before and the lack of engine response for me was mainly because of the failure of one of the lua scripts, but it shouldnt have any of those problems. Does the propeller version work fine though?
THE BMP IS NOT A TANK ITS AN IFV (infantry fighting vehicle) LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE --- Post updated --- also please let us detach the cargo
you did AMAZING. keep it up! --- Post updated --- Thats every aircraft and at certain altitudes if you move the camera down then back up it creates a trippy repeating pattern. The devs will fix it
Ok there was nothing in the system console that wo Yes The prop version Works very well although I'm not very sure that should even those engines Idle at 8 K rpm. It seems like they have some sort of a collective system so that The propellers spin at full rpm but then when I increase The throttle The propeller blades angle changes and The plane starts to roll. Should this have collective propeller engines cause I don't know --- Post updated --- Ok The propellers shouldn't Be collective but they really seem like in game. Interesting
Im not ever gonna add any airline liveries. Someone else can do that if they want to --- Post updated --- The propellers do change in pitch to manage engine rpm just like its real life counter part
Should The jet engines also Idle at 11 K rpm cause I see The same collective pitch thing happen with The jet engines. The rpm doesn't change but The blade angle does. None of the jet planes that I know don't have jet engines like these For obvious reasons --- Post updated --- So this happens when I do get The engines on for clarification
The jet engines top out at 11k~ rpm. Since its the highest rpm, thats also their highest amount of thrust. There isnt any blade pitch changing on the jet engines. You sure that the engines arent speeding up or anything or that the throttle doesnt work? The only way to get the jet engines at 11k is to put it on full power
I don't know that how anyone Else hasn't had this problem or they just don't say anything about it. I've tried to download The mod again thrise and it still is what it has Been For me. It's just The problem that they stay at 3200 rpm forever or I can manage My throttle but The rpm stays locked at 11K rpm. I should Post a video now to really show this issue
Huh did you really think that I'm the mod developer? I don't know anything about tanks. I'm just a normal person that tries to get a problem solved
Maybe try the mod in safe mode? And please record the issue --- Post updated --- My goodness.. the name change will come next update if a next update is coming
