it's a skin for Windows 10. Steam, D3D12 and basically everything 0.39 needs is not supported on Vista.

 

I feel that's too small for the size of semi we're getting

 

That really does sound a little bit small for the European semi, HOWEVER, I did look it up, and apparently Scania does make some sort of 5-cylinder too, so keep that in mind. I believe that this EU semi will have at least a 6 cylinder engine, however. I also think it’s still too early to narrow down a brand for it. My bets remain on ETK or a new Swedish brand though.

my thoughts are that this engine sound is for some other upcoming vehicle, probably older than the Euro semi we’ve seen. It seems like it would fit in a truck about the Stambecco’s size, so maybe a 90s or 2000s EU style medium duty truck to compliment the American MD series is in store.

 

I highly doubt we'll see an inline-four in the tractor units, but Mercedes has used a 4-5L inline-four in the Atego (a variant of the Axor, which is meant to be a budget Actros) since 1998. So, for the lighter-duty rigid-frame trucks, that kind of engine would make sense. There also have been a plethora of inline-sixes, V6s, and V8s in the Actros/Axor, ranging from 6.4L (OM906, Axor/Atego) to 16L (OM524LA, Actros). The Actros's predecessor, the SK, even had an 18.3L V10.

Do I think we'll be getting such a varied engine roster for this Euro truck? Probably not. The heavy vehicles have historically had two engines maximum (and commonly share engines or engine models between each other (see: WL-40 using the HT-55 inline-six and T-Series V8)). A V6 isn't happening, since we already have an inline-six, and I doubt we'll get a V10 or V12 (as cool as either option would be). Maybe the T-Series V8 will be an option for some earlier trims, but I'm not hopeful for that.

In theory, you could use the Euro semi's rigid frame for a medium-duty truck. That probably would be what the devs do, instead of making a second Euro truck.

There are 385 and 315 wide size tires for 22.5" wheels in game files. Hopefully 425/65r22.5 and 445 wide tires will be added in the future.

When my thought my microphone was on I did actually mentioned that it might be a medium or light duty euro truck, but I just forgot the mention it here when I made my post

 

these ps5 "teasers" kinda confuse me like i don't really see a point to them like its just random screenshots around diff maps and its not even saying or showing anything new like even the Wishlist now thing was literally said 3 months ago
