Just so you know, I'm not releasing the mod on the repo. It technically not my mod, so the moderators might not allow it.
thats fine bud, it could even have a bitcoin miner in it and i wouldnt care. its great to see people still working on old or abandoned mods. looking up to it.
Things to add to the list I made on the previous page: Adjusting the rear bumper to match the real car Adjusting the brakes (the seem to work too well) Doing a remastered IRL badging AND lore-freindliness
Will the lorefriendly Polish versions all be under FPM or whatever brand you end up using, or will the early ones be under another brand? I'd prefer it to all be under FPM or FPS or smrh to make it even a little bit unique compared to IRL
So, some progress has, in fact, been made. I have managed to get un-synchro gears on 1st and reverse, but it only happens once. If anyone knows much about doing un-synchro gears and how to try and fix that, please tell me. I'll start on the badging soon, stay tuned. I still need to make my decision on the brand. I'll start on working on my Getz mod in the meantime.
I'd frankly say that FPM is the best choice, since it first in with the FP_ form Polish car manufacturers use in Beamverse and means Fabryka Samochodów Małolitrażowych, Small Displacement Cars
curious if you used lua or jbeaming to do that. t series has jbeaming for non synro gears actually but its edited to not function
I'm doing jbeam. I can't get my head around lua yet. This I didn't know. I'm borrowing some code from the Nine to see what happens, and taken some inspiration from the Aria.
would you also be able to change the suspension? it's very inaccurate, it's like all the configs are absolutely slammed to the ground and that ruins the whole mod for me, it doesn't drive even similarly to the real 126p. please try raising the ride height if you can
