Is it going to be a Racing Game or just a Physics Engine?

I searched about it but didn't find an answer.

Is this going to be, when completed, a racing game like Project C.A.R.S or is it just made for us to cruise around some maps, crash and stuff?

This game REALLY has potencial, and the driving in it is realistic, and combined with the physics engine, it can be one heck of an awesome racing game.

If you watch to the end of their latest video (Click Drive) they tell you that they plan on making racing, cop chases, stuff like that.

 

On the banners in the alpha it says they want to create police chases and demo derby

 

hopefully its a open world driving, crashing, stunt simulator with added contents such as cricuit racing, cross country racing, heavy rigs and busses
