The car this game needs most: an Aston Martin, specifically the One-77. And I don't mean a made up car based on it, I mean the game should have a car that looks exactly like it. It is just about the best-looking car in the world, in my opinion.
As much as I would like this too, it cannot happen as an official car due to copyright and licencing issues , but it could be made as a mod.
How about an H15 Milk Float or Milk Truck in the U.S. a cargo box uplift without the sides or back doors? so its jut the top and frame and maybe add a fridge at the back.
