He has his personal life too cuz he ain't Chuck Norris to do everything in a couple of minutes or even seconds. The man might not have the mood for doing progress on the mod everytime, and probably he has a job or he's a student (idk, just speculating) but he has to focus on other things, because this mod will be a second job if he would work like crazy for the sake of releasing it ASAP. I respect the man's work and I would rather have a working mod than an early access version with 50 Lua errors or the AI cars behaving like drunk drivers.
