im pretty sure thats just a split screen specific tachometer, since splitscreen ui is in the gamefiles of 0.39, but unused. and the tachometer looks very similar to that
You are correct: Though I'd imagine you could add it to normal singleplayer using the UI app configurator.
I'm pretty sure these details doesnt exist actually in 0.39 (especially for moonhawk antenna) Otherwise, it sounds like Etk i6 (at 0:05) and Scintilla v8 (at 0:03) both received a brand new engine sound!
You’re probably right about the moonhawk antenna. That’s definitely new. The logo on the hopper has been there for a while IIRC. It’s on the park ranger config I believe
Hey now, at least it was kinda funny to see everyone freak out over a virtual liquor store. This whole "oh no they're adding the game to different platforms" stuff is just annoying. It's just gatekeeping bullshit.
Moonhawk antennas are a thing if i remember correctly, they were added in the same update as the sunburst remaster (where the detective config also got a red spotlight)
Nice to see that there’s split-screen coming to BeamNG, but sadly no mod support for the PS5 version . I do believe they’ll figure out a way to release it onto the PS5 version since they said it won’t be available at “launch”, so it’ll probably take a while for it to release onto to the PS5 version…
In update 0.39, the liquor store in Belasco City was replaced with a Mini Mart. Beambeer logos were also removed from a Wendover racing skin
also the i series... Im excited for split screen though I wonder how smooth it will run. But much better then multiseat. surprised they didnt tease the truck in the trailer (for eg they teased the ardente in the ps5 announcement trailer)
Huh...well, I guess y'all who said the update would come out in October can laugh at me for being wrong. Also, as far as I know, this is only the second time that a update date has been confirmed through a video. The first time was for 0.11 (Nov 2017), and the devs did follow through with that, releasing it on the 23rd. It's also about the same time gap between the 0.11 teaser video (31 Oct 2017) and the release: 0.11 (teaser to release): 23 days 0.40 (teaser to release, estimated): 25 days If it releases on the 19th, it also will be the first Monday release since 0.26 (four years ago), and it'll have a gap of 82 days between it and 0.39 - which is fairly average. However...even if the December update were to drop on the 20th (the latest it's come out since 2016), there'd only be 62 days between it and 0.40. Honestly, this might be the last major release of the year - and to be fair, it's not the first time we've had the last major update outside of December. I find it interesting that WCA had the most appearances out of the maps featured in the trailer (and it was featured in the end scene): -Italy, ATT, JRI, Utah, Small Island: 1 -JV, Industrial, ECA: 2 -WCA: 3 I doubt that means anything, and WCA was used so much because it's our only major city map, but it is a funny coincidence. I think there still will be an update in December - there was a special snowman hunt released after 0.11 - but I'm not sure if it'd be a large one. Probably just some extra content to keep people interested during the holidays.
Third time because the Automation collab for 0.13 was announced on June 15, 2018 and was released on July 13th, 2018, which was exactly 4 weeks.
I knew there was a third one - I just didn't think to check the Automation update because that one doesn't pop out at me as much. Thank you for that. Maybe? I think that'd pair nicely with the Wentward, which is definitely getting some new content (either in 0.40 or 0.41). Most of Bruckell's vehicles have dropped in November/December, and a few additions for the Moonhawk have also been in November/December: -2016: LeGran -2017: Moonhawk drift steering -2020: Moonhawk front guard -2021: Moonhawk Donk, Bastion -2024: Nine And honestly, I think it'd be fitting for the first major addition to the game post-0.40 to be the Moonhawk, since it was the first vehicle released after 0.3.
