Wait, the Lun Ekranoplan was based on the AN-22?

I don't believe it was, afaik it was completely custom

sorry no but you take off and turn off all engines then once you start sinking turn the engines back on and do not let it go up

It does look quite similar at the front, but perhaps I jumped too quickly.



I like ekranoplans.

 

Because engines don't turn on by magic. They need an APU and a process to turn on bud its not like a switch

 

Minor update V1.11, probably gonna be the last for a while

 

The wheels don't shake anymore and the nose wheel steering axis works great. Very good! I wondered if you could put a keybind to an electrical switch that could basically turn the electrics on and the lights in the cockpit. It would also be very cool if flicking the switch would do that noise like on an Airbus a 320 where when you turn on the ground power unit there comes that nice sound that everything comes alive. You can search the a 320 startup and listen the sound when they turn on the GPU. The humming sound of the electricity would also be so cool.
