and to be OT have my first ever screenshot I ever took cause on the wrong computer atm

 

so uhhhh i found out i can still use beamng's livery editor with dynamic decals, all i need to do is go back to version 0.34, then send the decals i made in ibis paint from my phone to my computer, then i put the decals into the “textures” folder under the “dynamicdecals” folder, then i make the liveries using the decals i have, then i export the livery and copy the livery’s folder and paste it into the 0.39 unpacked mods folder.

here’s a livery i made with some of my decals. i’d probably post most of my liveries as one skin pack on the mod repository if the hood/trunk textures didn’t get messed up with most vehicles i’ve made liveries on.

Bad news: My original camera used to take pictures of my rides stopped working and hundreds of pictures that were saved on that camera are now gone forever. All I have now is a couple pictures I got from a friend of mine who’s been taking pictures since late 2016. This was… one of his first pictures. (I had to take it on my phone since… my camera died
