Game launches. Kind of.

Hey guys! First time poster here. I have a strange issue. If I launch the game, either from steam or from the desktop, it shows up minimized in the activity bar, but when I click it, nothing happens. If I hover my cursor over the icon, it simply shows my desktop. As if the game was transparent. This issue occurs every time I launch the game since I tried to change the graphics driver. I tired reinstalling the game and running both as admin and in Win7 compatibility mode. Nothing helped.

I'm running the game on an 64-bit Asus laptop with an Intel Core i5-4200U CPU and a Geforce 740M graphics card. I have 8GB RAM available.

 

I deleted the file in C:/ Documents, like you said, but now it doesn't seem to launch at all. Though when I try it again it says an instance of the game is already running.

Scratch that, it just took a while, but now I'm happily smashing up a Gavril Grand Marshal beyond recognition. Thanks for the help, and thanks for some entertaining videos!
