Race update

I have no idea what the race update is or what it is supposed to contain, I am bad at navigating forums and have spent about 40 minutes trying to find helpful information. Does anyone have any information for me or a link to an existing tread with information?

 

....neither does anyone else.

 

The Race update was a previous update to BeamNG.
If I remember right, It added a few race related items to Beam NG, such as a rollcage for the Covet, It also added the Ibishu Pigeon.

You should have this content if you have Beam NG Drive on steam with updates enabled.

Though not part of the race update, another thing that was started around the time the Race Update happened, was experimental builds.

 

That was actually the Pre-Race Update. The actual "Race Update" has not been released, although some things like Hirochi Raceway etc. that were released not too long ago seem like they would have been part of it.

 

The Race update will come out when it's ready.

 

I'm not asking when it will come out, I want to know what the community thinks in is it.

 

Within early 2016 is my best guess.

 

Thats awefully hopeful, I always guessed around july 2017.

 

Incremental updates and an occasional major updates through 2015 with the big kahuna June 2016.
