reaches 800FPS on main menu, when playing it reaches 30FPS, no matter what the settings are on? HELP

i have a Lenovo G505 and i can run most games extremely well, borderlands 1&2 run at around 120fps, Next car game runs at 60fps along with Bioshock (1,2&INF) all run perfectly, im just confused why this doesnt.


I understand its in alpha and am thinking its because it still needs fixes or updates to sort this out, i also understand by doing my research it is very CPU rather than GPU intensive, I will post my specs below, but im wondering if there is anyway i can solve this or just some help in general.

Processor: AMD A4-5000 APU
OS: Windows 8 64bit
HDD: 500GB
RAM: 8GB
Dimensions: 377mm x 250mm x 34mm (14.84" x 9.84" x 1.33")
Display/Res: 15.6" high-definition ( 1366 x 768)/ 200 nit display, 16:9 widescreen
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD8570M 1GB




P.S. i have already gone into the notepad document and coding and turned off the lag restrictor, it was set to 60fps.

 

Your CPU is bottlenecking. If you pause the physics the fps should increase a lot.
