Nope. It's all keys people get for free from universities and from having MS Bizspark and stuff like that. The keys may not be legit, but they work as if they are legit and it doesn't hurt other people. I'm sure some of them might be bought with stolen cards and stuff, but as long as you buy it from a known seller with lots of keys for many OSes they probably have the MS thing (I forget the name) that gives them keys for free. (Intended for businesses and stuff.)
Has anybody found good settings for the surface pro 3 i5 with 8gb ram. I can run on the grid crash test map but its not much good on the rendered stuff like the ultimate test track os east coast us. I am loving the beam though so thanks guys.
So many investigations have shown that's not the case. For a start. Dreamspark does not include an os licence (well, not for win 7/8/etc), neither does bizspark. Bizspark does include an office licence, but it's 365 not standalone and there is no licence key for 365, instead you have to use your business or academic email as login details (as I did). Certain universities do issue operating system keys. Not enough though. Microsoft no longer allows issuing office keys (they can more readily keep tabs on 365 users). The 2 between them consist of most Microsoft key theft. It's total douchebaggery. The supply physically doesn't match demand. The keys are either keygened (no known keygen for current products), stolen or purchased with stolen cards. Notable amount of card fraud is linked to key trading. - - - Updated - - - Activate your account to show you bought the game. Otherwise. Pro 3, post fx off. All settings minimum except mesh and texture quality that can stretch to normal. These are settings I use on an i3u clocked to 1.8ghz. Comparable to pro 3 before turbo.doesn't run so smoothly either, I'd keep those settings and hope slight performance bump of the pro offsets it towards smoother play. You probably won't be able to play at native res either, I do 1280*720 windowed.
One last question: I changed back to an nvidia gtx 960 because I read often that AMD is known for driver problems. And most games I play are designed for nvidia cards like Just Cause 2. It's unable to verify it is because it is a website, but that GPU will fit no problem. That last picture shows an older AMD card with a stock cooler, and boy, those are long cards.
Thinking about getting a phantom 410 case pretty soon, I was also planning to get some decent LEDs for the inside since I love the way the 820 does it. As far as I know the best way to set that up is to buy a RGB LED set for home decoration and hook it up to a small controller. Not many PC companies make RGB LEDs for a case that I know of.

so my dad brought home one of his work friends laptop, a dell vostro 1520 with a C2D and running vista basic it's bluescreening the MOMENT it finishes the startup animation thing stop error 0x00000f4 which from what i can see is a hardware problem (the windows auto repair thing fails at repairing, and in the details of the problem it says something about bad drivers) so yay, probably not a problem with vista itself
My moms old Vista Toshiba had a bluescreening problem that my dad couldn't figure out. I figured out that one of the RAM slots was causing it.
When I finish building my new computer, I'm going to put the giant ass CPU cooler from the Miracle Machine onto the 8800GT.
right, i've got no idea's as to what's up can't even boot into safemode, gets the same bluescreen the moment it finishes loading all windows files
only way to get into it is via windows repair which requires user passwords, and i don't have those also not my laptop, so not really an option as i don't know what they have that could be important (plus the one part of the bluescreen i know is that this specific stop code is usually a hardware problem, not software) @cwazywazy hmmm, i shall run memtest86+ then (thank you linux )
i believe i have found the culprit(also found out that dell pc's have a built in self-testing function, neat): so HDD needs replaced figured as much the moment i found out what brand of HDD it is (that being seagate) and that the stop error had to do with hardware
Make sure you plug the hard drive into another computer first. The hard drive could be totally fine with a corrupted windows on it. Shove it in a proper pc and see if it can see it and get files from it. If so you could copy important files from the disk then format it and reinstall windows on the same drive and then copy files back across.
