Okay, at first glance this may seem like "HURR A DURR, I WANTZ ANOTHER VEHICLE IN TEK DEMOSZE!!!!!111". But hear me out.

The D15 is included with the tech demo. Being a large American pickup truck, it handles like a vat of jelly on a trampoline. Now, people will be playing the tech demo to evaluate whether or not they should purchase the full DRIVE experience. A logical person would say, okay, this is a big pickup from MURRRICAAA, of course it'll handle like this. But the thing is, this is currently the only indicator of BeamNG's driving physics out there for evaluation, and there's nothing else to compare it against. Anyone could take that jelly handling as a global representation of BeamNG's vehicle handling.

So, I would suggest putting in a car with the D15 in the tech demo. I would personally suggest the Bolide, as it would be a direct counter to the gargantuan 'Murican pickup. It would just be something to compare, and demonstrate the differences in handling between vehicles to give a broader perspective on how BeamNG feels to drive.

I think the reason for their choice for a demo car is the D15 because it can go a little off-road aswell

If watching the amazing videos already didn't make you to buy it, I don't know what will.

The truck itself impressed me (even though I am not from 'Murica and never been in one like that), so I don't see a problem with that. A smaller vehicle would just make sandbox seem slow (assuming it has a small engine).

The thing that made me not buy it is simply that I can't afford it.

I've had like $11-12 (61 NOK) on my VISA for two months hoping it was enough but in the end, it wasn't.

Sorry to hear that, I myself am impressed that this did not reach triple AAA pricing, because I would not be able to afford that then (considering how many games I bought during Summer Sales 2013, I wonder how I have any money left, too)

I bought the game because I enjoyed the techdemo so much that I wanted to unlock more stuff ie. a lighter car, simple.

We got an internet tough guy over here. Did you even read my post? I couldn't give less of a shit about simply MOAR VEHICULS, I'm not ten years old.

FYI, I can afford a bloody $15 (or even $150 if I chose), so the latter part of your post is disgustingly puerile. I just choose not to buy Drive right now because I have a business trip coming up and I need to save every penny I can for extraneous expenses on it. Grow up.

When I tried the demo I thought how accurate the physics were. My brother tried it, (he's your average demanding 12 year old addicted to black ops) all he cared about is crashing.
