After the excitement of the last update's release, I, like many in the community, was disappointed to find that some features weren't working properly (the most outstanding example being the T-Series' interior textures). After clearing the cache to no avail, I figure that a fresh reinstall may be my best bet. However, due to having limited internet, I don't feel like that would be the most viable option. So, in short, is it possible to delete a handful of certain, problematic files and/or folders, then have those files in specific redownloaded freshly to my computer by way of Steam? And if so, how?

Wouldn't a file integrity check do that?..or local file verify through steam?

Delete the files you would like to be reinstalled, then do the following through the Steam client :

    (imported from here)

    (imported from here)

Steam will take the appropriate action of restoring the files with the ones from the server.

Thank you both. I've managed to get the textures in question working properly.

I'll refer all this to Dummiesman but what are you having texture issues with?
