If you don't feel like watching the video, than this sums it up; I have an afterglow controller for the Xbox 360. I had to use the wired thing that is used to connect the circle type connection to usb to try something but it did not work. (I don't want to say b/c its kind of personal). Later that day i went to play some BeamNG and forgot my controller wasn't hooked up so i hooked it up real fast when i was loading the port map. When i got back to my chair and sat down i went to drive forward with my controller nothing worked but all the keyboard controls did work. I tried changing the light settings b/c i seem to remember if the lights are completely off the controller wont work. (correct me if i'm wrong) But nothing worked. I then reloaded the map and it did work, but all my controls were reset. This made me a little upset b/c it takes a bit of time to get them back to the way i like them. After fiddling with the controls to get them back to my standards, i had realized my car was pulling to the right. I know the cars always pull to one side or the other because of torque, but this was more extreme. I changed the view around after clicking on my keyboard b/c i forgot to change that control, and my pickups wheel was slightly cocked to the right. After resetting the pickup a bunch and getting the same results on the sedan. (cant think of the name right now :() But after realizing i may have messed up the controls i went to the controls menu and could not find any mistakes. Also when starting a map up, right before I get in to the map, BeamNG spits up an message saying incompatible graphic driver Anti-Aliasing. Under it, it says; BeamNG.game can render incorrectly when Graphic Driver Control Panel try to override Anti-Aliasing settings. Please disable this feature. I'm guessing i have to go into my Nvidia control panel and disable anti-aliasing for BeamNG drive (if not, explain). Is there any way to stop this wheel tilted thing without resetting all of my controls then have to put them back to the way i like them with endless errors, or is there an easier way? If you have the same problem with an 2 week old afterglow controller (in blue) Please share your story.

    Regarding controller issues:
    - Get a new "enter" key, it will make the post much easier to read :)
    - Currently hotplug/unplug of controllers is not fully supported (it may only work with XInput devices). But you can force BeamNG.Drive to re-scan for new controllers, by opening the Controller Menu, and then simply clicking "Refresh".
    - If you had configured your controllers before 1-april-2015 update, your old configuration will be ignored, in favour of a new configuration format. There was no sane way to do an automatic conversion from old format to new format, so you will need to re-create those inputmaps. Once it's reconfigured, bindings should persist even after restarting BeamNG.Drive.
    - I don't understand the issue about "wheel tilted", can you please re-explain? Which steering wheel hardware do you have, and what issue are you seeing? Is it related to force feedback?

As usual, make sure you have the latest version (you can restart Steam client to force a recheck of updates, if in doubt).

I will try to use the enter key more often;) but, I don't know how to do the thing where it says what your responding to in the blueish box, so i'm just gonna reply just like this.
-I tried to attach a video that I took for all the problems but it did not work.:(
-I attached a screenshot to this post (hopefully) to explain the problem more.
-The in-game steering wheel is pulled to the right slightly.
-I do not have a steering wheel controller type thing, just a xbox 360 afterglow controller (force feedback is when the controller steering wheel pulls back, correct?).
-I am using the latest version.
-I just tried clicking the refresh button but had got the same results as before.
If you can explain to me how to respond correctly, I would appreciate that.
Thank you, but again i am sorry for not knowing how to respond correctly. I also would have responded more quickly, but I kind of went to bed.
One more question, on my profile, it says i joined in February of 2015, however i really purchased beamng and made this account sometime in January. I have screenshots on steam of me playing this game before February of this year.

No worries, you will learn how to use forums with time! :)

To get the blueish box, you can click on the "Reply with quote" link, on the lower right corner of the post you want to reply to.

The profile only mentions when you registered for the forums, not the date of purchase, so everything is fine.

Now, onto the controller issues. If I understand correctly, the problem you have is that, when you leave your controller alone (not pushing any control), the in-game vehicle wheel is turned slightly to the right. Is that correct?

If that is the case, the problem most likely lies in your controller hardware or drivers. To check if that's the case, do the following:
    - Open the Controllers Menu.
    - On the left column, there is a list of connected hardware. Locate the control that steers the car (try to turn the car left and right, and see which blue bar is moving).
    - Now that you have located the steering control, leave your hardware controller alone (no buttons pushed, no axes moved either).
Check where the blue bar is. Is it in the middle position? Or is it slightly uncentered, either to the right or to the left?

If it is uncentered, the problem most probably resides outside BeamNG. Try to find updated drivers for your controller, download and install them, reboot Windows if necessary, and check the BeamNG.Drive blue bars again.
If on the other hand it is centered, the problem lies within BeamNG. Let me know if that is the case so I can take a further look.

    Thanks!

Ok I understand now. :D Yes that is the problem i will try to fix it after i comback from my cousins house. Leaving right now so sorry i didnt get to type more.

    - - - Updated - - -

I'm back! The blue bar looks centered to me, but I don't know a way to measure exactly other than printing it out and measuring it with a ruler, but my printer is not working correctly as of now. If it's not centered how/where would I go about finding these drivers? I also went in Skyrim real fast with my xbox controller, but i did not have any weird movement/strafing. I think the problem is within BeamNG. Also I can't tell if this is on my end (it's probably not) but the number pad keys are not working correctly. Zoom in wont work at all and if I want to turn to the right I have to keep mashing the 6 button for it to move the camera.

    - - - Updated - - -

Well, this morning, i did not have anything to do, so I worked on the problem. I built up enough confidence to hit that reset button, and I hit it. :( I went into the game and it worked! :D I still had to redo all of my controls, but I had some time to kill anyways.
I made some nice screenshots of golden Bolides. I wish i could change the position of the sun. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you, stenyak, for helping me out and teaching me how to use the forums better. I hope can talk again later, bye!

You can, the game engine supports day-night cycles.

In the editor (F11), in the scene tree, either alone or in a folder, there's an item called "tod" for Time of Day. Clicking on this shows a bunch of options beneath it, but the only one you need to be concerned about is the "play" toggle. This will play through the day, from the starting position to dusk to night to dawn etc.

There might be an app for this, though I haven't checked.
