I am working on an island map and right now, it has an ocean around it and a port, a small town, and a bay. I have a couple of roads in this map using Modular-Mesh-Roads-Pack-v-0-0-1 There is now an updated version of this map , as of 5/8/15, with several changes from the previous version. These include: A longer road, more buildings, an industrial area, a redone info.json file, and some additions to the port. Install this in documents/beamng/mods/levels. Re: A map (name suggestions welcome) I kinda like the empty map idea. with some random hills, different terrain biomes, it sounds appealing. but that's just me.
You dont often see islands with a bunch of pine trees on it, at least any island not in the north atlantic
Got a incredible amount of "failed to create resource" messages when loading the map, but map loads and works fine. Its an awesome map too.
It doesn't have to be pine trees. It's like ever since pine trees were added to the game it's the only tree people think of now.
The trees I included in this map are some palm trees and beech trees, but no pine trees. I wanted this map to be different from everyone else's.
