I hate having a bunch of homework to do, but being too lazy and tired to even bother starting it. I got very little sleep last night and am now struggling to keep my eyes open at 7:30. I just made some hot mint green tea so hopefully that helps me wake up and focus a little.
found a video of gta v on a surface pro 3 with the intel hd 4400 he averages about 30fps, which doesn't sound promising for me as the 4400 is leaps and bounds ahead of my hd 2500
After some edjumacashun on my current situation with gta, I'm going to see if people are willing to pay for lawn mowing now, seeing as how the grass doesn't look like post-winter death and stuff is blooming, and I will probably be able to buy it then. It sounds like they actually did do the right thing and spent that time polishing the shit outta the game, so good on R*. I hope I can get enough money to enjoy this game as well.
They are, but their main disadvantage is memory. Chances are that the person playing on the Surface basically just gave the GPU all of his RAM to use so it would probably stutter and die at some point/if there was any memory leak at all.
On the 8gb surface, GPU is allocated to 1792mb. Should be noted a pro 3 has a bloody high res display, it is higher than 1080p. Actually gives me some hope for the game running at 1366*768 on an HD4000.
My PC is struggling for some reason, getting lag spikes every few seconds. Turned everything down and it still does it. Time to re-install some drivers me thinks.
If you've installed it and not reset the computer before playing I'd try re-booting first. I had that issue yesterday and it actually worked. Was fine all day today.
if you have google chrome get a plugin called Zenmate. its a proxy plugin, works in most places. Minor thing is it requires that you create a free account
Ram I ordered arrived 3 days earlier Just in time because GTA V is having a bad time to run on only 8GB (Takes 3GB for itself, rest is used by system)
