With the new friction model in 3.7.7, but with old tire tuning, the car will be way too grippy and quick to transition, this might partly be why you guys are having trouble keeping up with steering. But yeah, the steering does actually have around 4.5 turns lock to lock in real life, so catching a slide is not an easy task. If you are willing to tweak the jbeams I would recommend reducing the tire friction down to 1.1 or so in the wheel jbeams, and try a lower value for steeringWheelLock in suspension_F.jbeam. I'll try to keep this in mind for the next update (not sure when, tire research/tuning is my priority right now).
This just might be my favorite Beamng mod yet. These tiny whidth wheels are literally cutest thing i have seen for some time.
I love old Japanese cars and this is totally AWESOME. I can't wait later versions with finished interior and other stuff.
This is awesome! I love how weak it is and the terrible, terrible handling, its both authentic and gobs of fun to throw around while trying not to send it into a tree/ roll it in a ditch. The massive nose dive under braking is fun to watch too.
This is a wonderful mod, are you ever going to update it with finished textures and such on the interior.
I certainly think that it will, just give it some time. Devs are very busy y'know. p.s. 1337 posts ftw

This is a fun little car to hoon around in, good job! Looking forward to seeing it finished! BeamNG could use some more vintage J-tin.
Feeling motivated to get back to work on this. It took awhile to learn gimp and figure out the best way to do the normal map drawing. UV mapping has been redone for nearly everything. Body normal map (bevels and underbody detail) is done. Moving onto interior tonight!
I am super excited for this The Sprinter is still my all time favourite mod gameplay wise. Judging from the underbody detail it will also be even more of a treat to look at. Especially looking forward to the interior Would be cool to see more wip pics along the way. I find it to be really interesting to see how something progressed
I check the forums pretty much everyday to keep up on progress for mods I'm looking forward to and the like... But this, this is the post I've been waiting for. I use your car every time I play Beam and for more play-time then any other, it's great; this and the Del Sol are the reasons I fire up Beam sometimes. The way it responds even through the many iterations of Beam itself, the looks, nothing bad about your mod. I'm looking forward to progress of any sort and thanks for all your work thus far!
