Re: A Lego Car This is awesome ! OFFTOPIC : But i must say the lego car from ROR is disappointing . It doesn't fall apart like lego . Good Luck !
Re: A Lego Car I was originally thinking something along the lines of this upon see the thread: Pleasantly surprised by a literal lego car. I love it. Lego is awesome, if you didn't ever play with lego you had no childhood (or adulthood either, suitable for all). A proper little lego car for this game might be some fun.
Re: A Lego Car Nice idea, but your model's pieces is out of proportion. I suggest to download Lego Digital Desginer and try to make your planned car first in it, than use it as blueprints to recreat as model for game.
Re: A Lego Car Nice model progress, but you ignored my post about porportions..... Here lego model based on your model now compare it to yours, andd compare proportions...
Re: A Lego Car Thanks Arioh. I did actually see your first post I just forgot about it. Which part is out proportion other than the width?
Re: A Lego Car thickness of plates, shape of wheel archs and other stuff. Your whole model is out of proportions And from lego can be builded more interested models, that would suit BNG better than basic lego cars... For example - mine lego model of Toyota AE86 Its standing on my table, near keyboard, and features openable doors, hood and trunk, fully modelled engine with quad throttle bodies and decently detailed interiour. bumpers and front quarterpanels are detachible too. Engine close-up, bare chassis, and detached parts
Re: A Lego Car Cool. You just need to model the tops and bottoms of the bricks and make them breakgroups,so what that will do is the bricks will fall off on impact, just like in real life.(And if you press "Break All Breakgroups"In the parts debug UI thing, you will get a pile of lego.
I can do the jbeam that is one thing i spent a lot of time playing with and by accident i made a ramp car...
i have a question, how do you get your lego car into the game? i know how to put mods in my game but i don't know how to put a model into my game... can you help me? please? btw it looks really cool!
