how do I get my old maps and cars back?

    so recently beamng updated again. witch is great! exept that every time they update the game most/all my old levels and cars I already had installed disappear! is there a way to re-install these without having to go through the hassle of re-downloading? any help would be appreciated!

    Check your backup folders in your BeamNG.drive folder:)

    Do not install mods in the game directory. Install them in Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods (create a folder named 'levels' and another named 'vehicles' and then put your mods in there). That directory won't be touched with updates. The game directory will instead.

    were do I create the mods folder? I tried putting it in content and in the beamng folder but nether worked it just sent the folder to a user-backup.

    You don't have to create a mod folder, it should be already in Documents / BeamNG.Drive.
    You just have to create the folders 'levels' and 'vehicles' inside if you want to use older mods.

    ok thanks! I never saw the beamng folder in my documents :p
