I came up with new UI app idea; if you have ever played rigs of rods(you are the developers so i dont see any reason why you wouldn't have played it), there was usually buttons(f1 f2 f3 f4...) and pressing them would open doors, so a new UI app where you can open hinges like doors, hood and trunk
That would require the cars them selves to support it though. But it's definately possible, just a little bit difficult.
I know it is possible because some cars (made by devs) have parking prake function that will open the back doors
