Installing mods/vehicles with Steam edition of Beam

I've looked online and located the folder where I need to put the vehicle folder. The only problem is that there is no "vehicles" folder. Should I just make a folder or what?

I just made a "vehicles" folder under steamapps>common>BeamNG.drive

For some reason only 3 of the 12 mods work. Is this a normal rate of success?

 

You need to put your mods into the mods folder in /documents/BeamNG.Drive , otherwise it won't work like it's supposed to.

 

So then I just put the vehicle folder in the "mods" folder under documents.

 

am I the only person who cannot find this folder anywhere on my computer?
