   I don't know why any customs make no sound at all. how do I fix it or is it not compatible for this version

   Things changed. The modders who applied custom sounds to their vehicles have to update them.

   If you want to fix it by yourself, you have to move the custom sound code from name.cs to material.cs file AFAIK.
   Else get the author of the mod to do it.
