Updater says drive is an invalid application. have pics!

    Sounds like the file is corrupt. I'd suggest a full redownload and reinstall. If you are hesitant to redownload (or have a limited download connection), then you can verify the file is corrupt or not by running WinMD5 (http://www.winmd5.com/) and reporting back the MD5 of the file. I'll check with my working copy and if it's corrupt then the figures will be different.
