Feels weird to talk about by myself, but I've been helping around since a bit of time already.
My role consist in Support (And various stuff tied to the game development I guess).
I 'manage' the Steam Forums by replying at any thread and keeping it in order. I also keep in order the Facebook page by replying to questions and PMs.
And then I try to keep things in order here aswell.
That should satisfy your question.
